While considering raising non‐member deposits, we had an introductory meeting with the team at SimpliCD/Primary Financial. After our initial meeting, we were impressed with the knowledge of the team and the suggestions for helping us raise the deposits we were seeking. They subsequently guided us through an initial offering, during which we successfully raised a substantial amount of funds over multiple terms. Most importantly, rather than opening multiple individual CDs, SimpliCD allowed us to pool the deposits and greatly simplify the operational work and process.
Overall the issuance process through SimpliCD has proven to be exceedingly easy and straightforward, and they have delivered on their promises. They really made the process simple, and we have every reason to believe this will continue as we move forward with our relationship.
